Global Asset Management Company has a new role in their London office for a Dutch Speaking Client Services Analyst to join their growing team.

As part of the Partnership Services Team you will offer excellent client services to all European Regions in relation to all Mutual and Hedge Fund Products. We are looking for an entrepreneurial attitude, where you can pro-actively identify client needs and enhancements, and evolve ideas into full implementation.

Day to day duties will involve answering daily calls and emails from clients regarding their full product range (intensive training will be provided). Internal relationships will be with sales, distribution and project teams to communicate the client’s business requirements.

To apply for this role we are looking for candidates with 2+ years experience in client servicing. A good understanding of operations and processing in order to resolve any issue is beneficial. Candidates with Hedge/Alternatives/Mutual funds knowledge would be preferred (this could be from a Prime Brokerage or Asset Management background).
