Our client a City based traditional Investment Management House has a new role for a candidate with sound Fixed Income knowledge, who is looking to progress to the next level. Sitting in their Product Team the Junior Fixed Income Specialist will be reporting into the Head of Institutional Fixed Income.

Your role will be to support the Senior Specialists. Working with Fund Managers, Research, Marketing and Relationship Managers your duties will include:

- Preparing presentation materials with Fund Managers and Product Specialists
- Competitor Analysis
- Resolving clients technical issues
- Attending portfolio reviews with clients to explain performance
- Client strategy meetings
- Implementing product strategy for product launches

To apply for the role, 3+ years in Fixed Income is essential. It is likely you will have 5 years buy side experience from a marketing or product department and are at the stage where more client/investment contact and technical knowledge is desired.

A highly numerate candidate and the CFA is desirable.
