Our Client, one of the most successful Asset Managers in Europe has a unique opportunity for a graduate to join their UK Institutional Sales Team as an Analyst.

Based in a team of 6 you will be responsible for all aspects of sales support:

- Coordinating and preparing marketing materials, presentations, client reports, RFP’s, consultant research meeting notes
- Conducting competitor analysis and market research
- Developing and maintaining client lists
- Overseeing consultant databases
- Liaising with the business development team on new business

Candidates with exceptional relationship skills will find this the ideal platform to develop a career in Asset Management sales. Full training and support will be given to understand complex asset classes, investment strategy and institutional clients.

The requirements for junior sales applicants are expectedly rigorous. A high level degree from a top-tier university is essential followed by a minimum of 12 months experience in an Asset Management House (Ideally within a sales, marketing, client service department). Although the academic entry point for this role is high, the emphasis is more on team and company fit: You should be able to demonstrate through extra curricular activities, obvious networking skills, strength of character and a creative, entrepreneurial nature.
