A leading global Fixed Income Asset Manager with 6 trillion dollars in assets under management is seeking a Middle Office Associate, Investment Operations to join a team on the trade floor of their London Office. The role provides support to the Portfolio Managers which includes processing trades, contacting brokers to confirm trades, assisting with settlement queries and monitoring the Trade Capture system. The role covers a range of different tasks and the candidate will be required to spend part of the day liaising between the back offices, custodian banks and interacting regularly with satellite offices in Europe. Thus strong Trade flow Management and good Settlement experience is vital. The client is seeking candidates from an Asset Management background with Future knowledge and Euroclear experience. Candidates must have sound knowledge of settlement processes for all major types of asset classes within European and Global Fixed Income markets. Knowledge of derivatives is an advantage.
