Leading Asset Management Company has a new role as head of their Business Development Support Team...
Managing 7+ people you will be responsible for the growth and development of the junior sales team in the centre of a function rapidly growing throughout Europe.
Day to day management will include:

o Create cohesive relationships with the regional Sales Manager to effectively co-manage and develop the junior sales team
o Champion ‘best practice’ on sales and client processes
o Ensure regular re-education from specialist compliance teams
o Build knowledge of Exchange Traded Fund industry and the position of their flag ship product within Europe
o Cultivate a vibrant focused and cohesive team environment
o Develop excellence within the remote sales teams in Paris, Munich, Zurich and Amsterdam.

To apply for this role you will have a proven record of career success in Asset Management Distribution, and excellent working knowledge of European financial markets. Direct sales or relationship management experience is essential.
This is a pivotal role and will be ideal for someone looking to expand their role into a directorship in Marketing, Sales Strategy or Relationship Management.
