As a new creation, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your own responsibilities and legacy. From day one you will be encouraged to indentify and implement alterations from front office through to operations; including change management across the business to support new investment mandates and products. You will have significant interaction with international offices and will be the main point of contact when dealing with the introduction of change. Impromptu meetings with senior members of Front Office; you will act as the primary source of information for all operational support to the Investment team.

Through this constant interaction, the expected end result is a more natural evolution and efficiency of business processes.

In order to fulfil the necessary requirements for this role you must be a confident individual with a natural affinity for building relationships, both internally and externally, naturally capable of commanding authority and improving on the efficiency of Investment Servicing. Experience in outsourced vendor relations would be advantageous, as would a background working with both front office and operations in order to understand the issues involved. Of paramount importance, however, are your personal qualities; that you are a self-motivated individual, with strong analytical and numeracy skills and a proactive approach to your work.
