A global asset management company is looking for a graduate to join their team as an Index/Exchange-Traded Fund assistant.

As a fund assistant you will handle support to fund management tasks on a day to day basis.

The role will involve:

- Preparing the validation of the NAV
- Preparing the calculation of the PCF
- Running the cash monitoring process
- Preparing the trades linked to flows or index rebalancing
- Gathering and checking corporate action data
- Investigation and resolution of fund issues linked to trades, settlement, cash etc.

You will liaise with the trading desk, middle and back office on a daily basis and will provide information for sales and marketing.

The company is looking for a mathematical graduate with good financial knowledge. The individual will have some experience in asset management/finance gained through internships or an industrial placement.
