An Asset Management company is looking for an individual to join their Sales Support team.

The role will involve:

- Assisting client support activities
- Managing on-going delivery of investment communications to update clients
- Managing invitations to fund manager events
- Managing follow up with Investment Marketing for replies to clients` queries
- Follow up with RFP Team on delivery of RFPs and proposals to clients
- Preparation of presentation/materials for external and internal meetings
- Liaising and coordinating with Head of Global Sales support team to support joint client and internal activities
- PA and administrative duties for clients
To apply for this role you MUST have:
- Experience within asset management
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced IT skills
- Good communication skills at all levels.
