Our Client, a well-known and established Asset Management house is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join as an Associate Director.

The role requires someone with excellent fund and industry knowledge, with the ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients. The successful applicant will have to maintain a high degree of customer service at all times and fulfill a range of tasks, which include:

- Supporting the Department Head in defining business operations and customer service models.
- Conducting regular service reviews with clients, to ensure they are satisfied and their needs are met.
- Manage Global relationships with the help of overseas colleagues.
- Managing the relationship and be responsible for the service management for external counterparties.

We are seeking a candidate with extensive asset management experience, preferably within a similar role. Someone with proven relationship management skills, who is confident at all levels of the business, would be ideal. Finally, someone with an eye for detail and a flexible approach to work is considered essential.
