Our Client, a well-known and established Asset Management house is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Distribution Service Management team.

The Distribution Service Management team represents Customer Service requirements of key account distributors of funds, products and services. The team seeks to build lasting relationships and ensure that excellent levels of service are provided to the key customers of the Retail channels.

The role on offer requires someone with excellent industry and funds knowledge, capable of forming strong relationships with clients. Main tasks will include:

- Supporting the Head of Wholesale to define and deliver an appropriate customer service and business operations model.
- Supporting business retention and development through proactive interaction with both Sales and the Client
- Managing clients with Global relationships in conjunction with international colleagues
- Identifying areas for improving customer service and operational efficiency, identifying opportunities for automation wherever possible
- Acting as a point of escalation for all client and internal account servicing issues and identify root cause analysis to ensure issues do not reoccur

The ideal candidate will have extensive asset management experience, preferably within a similar role. Someone who is capable of communicating with all levels of the business, as well as able to build strong internal and external relationships is considered essential. Finally, candidates with good project management skills and a flexible approach to work will certainly take preference.
