A boutique Investment Management house is seeking a Client Facing Portfolio Manager to join their Client Investment Services team. The role manages all client interactions and processes for a designated set of client and is the first and main point of contact for those Clients’ pensions committees. Although this role reports into the Head of Client Investment Services, it is a very entrepreneurial position and the client is looking for someone who is a self starter and can take ownership of the role. The candidate will be required hold high volume meetings with individual trustees and discuss the investment content of the funds and in all matters relating to Investment Strategy, implementation and delivery and communications. The client is seeking candidates with experience of managing the client facing aspects of institutional investments, either in an investment consulting, investment management or multi manager environment. Previous experience of portfolio management and/or investment consulting an advantage. Knowledge of current and developing pension fund investment issues, trends, strategies and products.
