Globally recognised advisory and financial service provider seeks a Senior Performance Improvement Consultant to join their growing Performance Improvement team servicing the asset management industry.

The Performance Improvement team is made up of four competencies; Program Management, Operations & Customer, Finance, and IT Advisory. As there is such a diverse collection of roles we require candidates to specialise in each area, which will inevitably be a choice for you to make, based on your experience and background.

Whichever area you decide to work in, you will face similar challenges and responsibilities. Your clients will look to you as a trusted advisor to help drive performance improvement through defining and delivering major change programmes. Whether you are using your thorough understanding of IT related solutions to lead clients through major technology change, or implementing finance transformation projects, you will provide insight and recommendations on everything from processes and people to systems.

The role on offer is an opportunity to work with a leading firm, whilst delivering advisory solutions to some of the largest asset management houses in the world. In order to perform the role we are seeking candidates with extensive asset management experience, either in an advisory capacity or from within an asset management house, ideally both. We are essentially seeking people with any of the following experience (the more the better):

- Process Improvement
- Operating Models
- Derivatives
- Business Requirements Definition
- Programme & Project Management
- Technology
- Industry knowledge – Operations (particularly fund accounting), Technology in asset management, Front Office, Distribution

Graduate calibre applicants with a proven track record in a similar role will certainly take preference.
