The asset management department of this company is the core global investments solutions provider to one of the world's largest financial services organisations. The department seeks a Sales Support Associate to support the activities of a sales team in AMG.
You will be responsible for the completion and updating of RFP’s for your designated sales team and the assigned strategy. Some roles may be extended to other teams RFP’s if there are capacity issues. Acting as back up to the sales or relationship managers you will assist in presentations and attend selected client meetings. Managing research programs to help improve overall team knowledge about the sector, as well as individual clients from within the sector, will be vital to a good performance within this role. You must also be able to manage the expectations of stakeholders, communicating clearly with them.
The ideal candidate for this role will have Asset Management experience in sales and marketing, have IMC qualifications and be able to work along side senior staff in various departments. An ability to prioritise a varying workload is important to the success of the team along with project management skills. RFP writing experience is highly sought after.
