Our client, a world leading advisory firm is seeking an Executive Performance Improvement Consultant to join their Performance Improvement Team.

The Performance Improvement team is made up of four competencies; Program Management, Operations & Customer, Finance, and IT Advisory. As there is such a diverse collection of roles we require candidates to specialise in each area, which will inevitably be a choice for you to make, based on your experience and background.

The role will require you to play an integral part in shaping the programmes that drive forward sustained growth for our clients, you will draw on your sound commercial judgment, whilst delivering exceptional levels of client service. What's more, you will be given the opportunity to put your managerial aspirations firmly to the test by performing a Project Lead role on select client engagements along the way.

The role on offer is an opportunity to work with a leading firm, whilst delivering advisory solutions to some of the largest asset management houses in the world. In order to perform the role we are seeking candidates with proven experience in either an asset management house or management consultancy firm. An analytical thinker and proven problem solver is also a must, as are excellent communication and presentation skills. Finally, those educated to degree level with at least a 2:1 will certainly take preference.
