Fund Manager, Property – Retail & Leisure

Our client, a global Asset Manager is looking to hire within their real estate investment team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of commercial property funds which owns high quality retail and leisure assets.

Key responsibilities:

• Maximise performance from the portfolio of retail and leisure assets
• Identify value add initiatives to enhance value
• Help source appropriate investment and development opportunities
• Participate in investment committees and contributing to Fund strategy
• Manage external third parties on rent renewals, lease renewals and void lettings to maximise income
• Conduct due diligence in the purchase and disposal of assets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years experience in property portfolio management
• Preferably RICS qualified
• Proven track record in the retail and leisure markets in the UK
• Strong network of market contacts in the UK real estate market
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
