RFP Associate – Investment Management

Our client is a respected and mission-led investment management firm. Due to continued business growth, they are now looking to recruit an RFP Associate to join their high-performing Market Development team on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Consultant Databases and RFPs Manager, the RFP Associate will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Respond to a range of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and client questionnaires, producing tailored and high-quality written responses
• Collaborate across internal teams to gather data and insights, ensuring materials are accurate, compelling, and in line with brand standards
• Maintain and enhance the content library (e.g. Qvidian) and ensure timely updates to consultant databases
• Assist in producing pitch materials and client-facing presentations, ensuring formatting, data, and compliance standards are met
• Support the management of the team’s workflow pipeline, helping to streamline and improve RFP-related processes

The RFP Associate will meet the following skillset:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within asset management, ideally in RFP writing or business development support
• Excellent written English and a strong ability to interpret technical content for different audiences
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
• Highly organised with strong project management abilities and a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; experience with Qvidian is a plus
