A leading Real Estate Investment fund is looking to add an Associate to their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dynamic entrepreneurial working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in asset Management of fund investments; advising, developing and monitoring investments
- Conduct detailed research on key market trends, industry news and competition in marketplace
- Conduct market/competitor analysis
- Analyse and manage risk associated with development and operating assets
Experience/Skills required:
- Prior experience within asset management, real estate or investment consulting
- Strong academic profile; degree from a top tier university
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercially and strategically minded
- Team player
