Description

A leading Real Estate Investment fund is looking to add an Associate to the London based investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial Portfolio Management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain fund models to support investment decision-making process
  • Conduct financial analysis to support potential acquisitions and disposition
  • Provide market insights to the portfolio management team on key activities at properties and important decisions needed to drive performance
  • Review annual business plans for each asset and the overall portfolio and present them to capital partners
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage performance objectives for each investment and assess potential exit strategies
  • Assist in determining optimal fund mix for overall portfolio and support the management of liquidity
  • Support the preparation of materials for presentation to internal committees, current and prospective clients and lenders

Experience/Skills required:

  • Prior real estate experience within asset management, investment banking, private equity
  • Fluency in French is essential
  • Strong academic profile; degree from a top tier university
  • Highly numerate with excellent financial modelling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Commercially and strategically minded
