Description

A global asset management firm is looking to hire a Senior Portfolio Implementation Specialist. The Portfolio Implementation team serves as a vital link between Portfolio Managers and Traders ensuring the accurate and timely execution of investment views across a diverse range of strategies.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Support Portfolio Managers by implementing investment decisions efficiently across multiple strategies.
  • Model and apply investment views consistently across portfolios
  • Manage trade orders to ensure optimal execution
  • Oversee cash flows and portfolio rebalancing, maintaining alignment with investment objectives
  • Monitor asset allocations and FX hedges to ensure compliance with fund mandates
  • Ensure portfolios adhere to house views and are managed within defined risk parameters

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Relevant experience in a similar portfolio implementation or trading support role at an asset management firm
  • Strong knowledge of a wide range of investment strategies and asset classes
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and deliver high-quality work under pressure of tight deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Keen interest in financial markets
