Description

My client is a highly recognised global pension fund who is seeking to hire an Infrastructure Analyst to work in their London office. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team with plenty of capital to deploy over the coming years in to European Infrastructure Investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager of Investments & Asset Management in optimising returns from the infrastructure portfolio through:
    • The analysis, review and due diligence investigations relating to new infrastructure investment opportunities
    • Ongoing review and management of existing fund infrastructure portfolio and reporting
    • The undertaking of industry analysis and market research
  • Maintain and develop asset financial models for valuations and scenario testing
  • Assisting with deal structuring, financing, documentation review, approval papers and processing of investment opportunities.
  • Scenario and sensitivity analysis for existing assets and new opportunities

Applicant requirements

  • A strong degree in a related subject such as finance, engineering, real estate
  • A good understanding of the factors influencing infrastructure investments
  • High level quantitative modelling skills
  • 2-4 years’ experience of relevant infrastructure investment experience in investment management, professional services, Investment banking (M&A), project finance or corporate finance
