Sales Support Associate

Description

A dynamic investment management firm is looking for an experienced Sales Support professional to join their Investor Relations team.  Reporting directly to the Head of Investor Relations, this role will involve the following responsibiliities:

• Maintenance of the firm’s marketing materials and databases for direct lending strategies.
• Supporting asset raising efforts of the business development team.
• Release of information related to investors regarding the performance of funds.
• Management of onboarding process for closing investors into the firm’s funds.
• Oversee sales support activity in relation to sales of products across EMEA & UK.
• Support production of RFP’s, DDQ’s & RFI’s.

Key skills required:

• Understanding of the needs of institutional and wholesale clients.
• Previous experience in Sales Support or Investor Relations role in an asset management environment.
• The IMC or CFA qualification is desirable.
• Strong team player who is also able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
