Description

Our client is a global asset management house. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit a Manager Research Analyst (Alternatives) to join their high-performing Alternative Investment Solutions (AIS) team on a permanent basis.

The Manager Research Analyst (Alternatives) will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Continuous risk monitoring and maintaining updated investment shortlists.
  • Provide analysis on the behaviour of trends, events and investors.
  • Assist the Investment manager with fundamental research to generate new investment opportunities across alternative asset classes.
  • Actively keep up to date with developments in the financial markets.
  • Support the team with providing meeting/calls reports and fund performance.

The Manager Research Analyst (Alternatives) will meet the following skillset:

  • CFA or IMC qualification would be desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in monitoring of portfolio investments, fund selection and due diligence.
  • Experience using portfolio management techniques/tools such as Bloomberg, Excel.
  • Positive and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
