Alternatives Investment Analyst

The purpose of this role is to analyse alternative investments and source investment ideas from a broad investment universe including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and renewables.

Key responsibilities:

• Research and monitor alpha generating ideas within the alternative investment universe
• Present research and analysis to the rest of the investment team
• Support Portfolio Managers on investment exposure to alternative investments
• Proactively source new ideas and map the alternatives market
• Produce written research pieces on alternatives market
• Contribute to the asset allocation process

Ideal Profile:

• 4-7 years relevant manager research experience within the alternatives sector
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ideally CFA or CAIA qualification
• Highly numerate with an analytical approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Degree level educated
