If you are a proactive, motivated individual with experience working in trading documentation in a fast paced environment this role could be for you.

Our client, a leading asset manager with over 550billion AUM is seeking a credit documentation and onboarding analyst to join their transition management group. This is a high profile role will be working in a small team who are responsible for onboarding client accounts and funds to trading documentation (ISDA, GMRA, FX, Clearing, MSFTA’s etc).


  • BAU operational readiness for Global Trading documentation across new and existing clients and for new fund launches.
  • Design, implement and monitor processes to improve the Trading documentation workflow with efficiency and timeliness in mind, including enhancing documentation and record keeping, remove redundant requests to ensure we’re maximising the capacity at across our preferred bank panel
  • Partner with various teams across the firm (e.g. Legal, Client Directors, Fund Managers, Client Service, Project teams etc.) to act as the SME on projects delivering any new initiatives
  • Liaise with Admin and Front Office Support regarding operational setup parameters
  • Manage deliverables critical to a new transition or existing client counterparty panel, provide status updates and use escalation where necessary

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous Trading documentation experience from asset management or banking world
  • Experience in dealing with Front Office
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is key and being able to work systematically to meet and maintain standards
  • Good analytical skills, capable of thinking logically and view the wider picture. Use initiative to solution gaps
  • Experience in managing small projects
  • Flexibility and willingness to go that extra mile
