Our client, a globally leading asset manager, is looking to recruit a Client Service Associate to join their growing team based in London. The successful candidate will support the development of the Institutional business.

The Client Service Associate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Build an open dialogue with clients supporting them with finding solutions for any requests or complex queries.
  • Prepare client & prospect meeting materials.
  • Assist with strengthening loyal client relationships.
  • Maintain and update client database.
  • Plan and prioritise outreach to clients including monitoring client interactions and reviewing client notes.
  • Work alongside senior management to build your financial acumen and network.

The Client Service Associate will require the following skill set:

  • 1-2 year’s experience within asset management in a similar Client Service function
  • Strong academic background, up to degree level.
  • Desire to study towards IMC qualification, if not completed already
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
