Our client, a globally leading asset manager, is looking to add to their growing office in Frankfurt. Due to increasing business they are looking to increase the headcount of their European Client Group. This individual will support the servicing of a portfolio of German institutional and advisory clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Help to create high quality relationships with clients & KVGS
  • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for all client queries
  • Take complete ownership of the diverse aspects of the client servicing process through internal co-ordination with various departments (including marketing, RFP, transitions, operations, reporting and investments teams)
  • Assist with managing pooled fund and segregated account client take-ons, liaising with the transition management team
  • Utilise the CRM system (Salesforce) effectively, ensuring that all client activities are logged accurately

Essential requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar client service role within asset management, candidates with operational backgrounds will also be considered
  • Full fluency in German is essential
  • Understanding of German institutional and/or advisory clients is highly beneficial
  • Proficiency using Salesforce is desired
