Description
We are working with a highly reputable investment management firm who are looking to hire a Client Services Executive join the team.
The successful hire will have a high level of Client Services Executive will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Deputy to the Head of Client Services and will act as a primary point of contact for clients.
- Strive to understand the client’s business and operating models and develop strategies to enable a more effective interaction.
- Coordinate and manage the client onboarding for segregated account capabilities.
- Engage in proposals to develop the services and solutions in place for our clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships on aspects of managing and administering their investments.
The Client Services Executive will meet the following criteria:
- Investment Management Certificate.
- Entrepreneurial flair.
- Works well under pressure and deadlines.
- Have an understanding and interest in capital markets and investment products.
- Excellent Salesforce skills – good understanding of the CRM process.
