Our client, a market leader in the ESG space, is looking to hire a Client Service Manager to join their International team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in servicing institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for the client
  • Act as a gatekeeper of information being sent to the client
  • Provide support for the Client Relationship Management team
  • Lead the transitions process and on-boarding of new clients
  • Co-ordinate and produce client RFIs, DDQs and audit requests
  • Preparation of presentations for meetings
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of any errors/breaches

Essential requirements

  • Strong academic background, up to degree level
  • Minimum of 5 years investment management experience within client services
  • Knowledge of financial products, pensions and investments
