Our client is an expanding investment management firm and this is a newly created role due to business growth. The Client Service Manager will act as the key point of contract for the firm’s client base, providing a first-class service.

The successful candidate will work alongside a prestigious team – the duties include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key institutional clients, distributors & sub-investment managers
  • Be the point of contact for client requests and queries and to respond to these promptly and accurately
  • On-board new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
  • Have a strong understanding of client portfolios
  • Assist with client review meetings/calls and other (virtual) face-to face client interactions
  • Assist with the production of legal documentation, reports and client specific data relevant to the client’s investment strategy

The Client Service Manager will require the following experience:

  • Experience dealing with external clients in the investment management industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a mature attitude and work well within a team
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong sense of ownership and client-centric approach
  • Investment market knowledge

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior/Client Executive looking to step up into a Client Manager level role.
