Our client, an industry leading asset manager, is looking to recruit a Client Service Specialist to join their growing EMEA team based in London. The successful candidate will support the development of the Institutional business by delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen the relationships with key institutional clients.
  • Manage the timely circulation, review and execution of IMAs, Outsourcing Agreements and Operating Memorandums
  • Oversee the transition of client assets to and from the company
  • Liaise with the team to ensure that all client queries are responded to efficiently
  • Support the Client Directors and work closely with them to implement commercially sound strategies
  • Circulate signed documentation and instructions to appropriate internal parties in timely manner
  • Prioritise work and communicate with internal stakeholders effectively
  • Attend client events to support Client Directors

Essential requirements

  • Strong academic background, up to degree level
  • Proven knowledge of institutional markets (DB pension schemes, insurance companies, corporates and third party distributors) in Europe and the UK, understanding of KVGs is highly desirable
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Qualified at IMC /IAQ level or above
