Client Services – Senior Associate

A global investment management organisation is looking to appoint an experienced professional to oversee its European Client Services team. This position plays an important leadership role, supporting clients across multiple markets and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Strong track record supporting both wholesale and retail distribution channels across European regions.
• Solid knowledge of the European investment landscape; familiarity with the German market and German language capability would be beneficial.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams, with the ability to drive performance and maintain service excellence in a dynamic environment.
• Practical experience within asset management, with a focus on delivering responsive and client-focused solutions.
