Description

Our client is a well-known name within the investment management sector. Due to continued company growth and success, they are now looking to recruit a Client Services Specialist to join their Operations team on a permanent basis.

The Client Services Specialist will act as a Senior member of the Operations team, and will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • The timely execution of client orders
  • Maintaining robust levels of service to the business’ clients
  • Managing day to day operational issues and resolving anomalies within the department to ensure high-level client service
  • Enhancing operational procedures and making efficiencies
  • Continuously satisfying client needs and external requirements
  • Producing MI to highlight trends regarding the fund platform operation

The Client Services Specialist will meet the following skill set:

  • Background in a Transfer Agency or within a Client Services department at a custodian or investment management house
  • Has the confidence to speak with colleagues across different departments, including Front Office and Sales
  • Strong working knowledge of operational oversight
  • Working knowledge of processing controls
  • Proven experience dealing with high values and high volumes of data
