Credit Research Analyst

Description

Our client, an institutional asset management firm is looking to recruit a Credit Research Analyst. This role will involve generating investment ideas and providing recommendations to fund managers managing a range of global fixed income portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fundamental credit research, including financial modelling to generate investment ideas
• Work closely with Fund Managers to actively contribute to investment strategy through investment recommendations and providing geographical and sector expertise
• Keep abreast of financial markets, economic and macro factors to better inform investment recommendations
• Interact with issuers, attend roadshows and produce written research reports for all relevant investments under coverage
• Conduct ESG analysis and screening to support investment ideas

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years credit research experience from the buy-side or credit rating agency
• CFA qualification is highly desirable
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and also collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet deadlines
