Credit Analyst

Description

Our client, a global asset management firm is seeking to hire a Credit Analyst to join their Global Credit team. The role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors and contribute directly to investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct fundamental credit research across US and European High Yield bonds and Leveraged Loans with selective coverage of Investment Grade issuers where tactically relevant
• Develop well-supported investment recommendations based on credit fundamentals, relative value and broader market factors
• Analyse industry trends, company insights, credit events and macro factors to inform investment decisions
• Build and maintain financial models to support credit assessments
• Draft high-quality investment reports and credit notes to inform portfolio positioning and trading

Candidate Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in fundamental credit research
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, STEM or related discipline
• Collaborative team player
• Proactive mindset and self-motivated
