Derivatives Onboarding Specialist

Description

Our client is a top tier investment management house who is looking to hire a Derivatives Onboarding Specialist. This role is permanent and is best suited to candidates with a work history in derivatives and client onboarding.

The Derivatives Onboarding Specialist will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Responsible for the onboarding of new client accounts and managing existing onboarding processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational and onboarding processes.
• Assist the client services team to build communication pathways with external counterparts and develop streamlined relationships.
• Partner with the legal team to negotiate terms with new and existing accounts.
• Support resolution of any onboarding process issue.

The Derivatives Onboarding Specialist will meet the following skillset:

• Minimum of 8 years of buy-side or sell-side experience in derivatives within the investment management sector.
• Strong operational experience, including client on-boarding, workflow processes, etc.
• Excellent academic background.
• Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.
• Client focused.
• Positive attitude toward problem-solving.
• Intellectually curious with excellent attention to detail.
