Description

Our client is a global investment management house, looking to recruit a Digital Product Manager to join their team and help manage the development of client-facing websites and mobile experience.

The Digital Product Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Navigate product strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class asset management websites and mobile experience
  • Manage the product roadmap and backlog
  • Identify new opportunities for website feature and functionalities
  • Gather ongoing feedback and insight on website and mobile usage
  • Analyse, evaluate and understand the voice of the client through a variety of data sources
  • Understand market trends that could affect the products, conduct competitor analysis, present findings and recommend evolutions of the products
  • Use all the available methods from ideation, user research, user journey mapping, UX, prototyping, to launching the MVP and go-to-market strategy
  • Define and deliver the operating plan to continually improve online traffic and engagement of the products with our internal audience and external audience (B2B, B2B2C).
  • Own the BAU publishing process ensuring content and data on the websites are accurate and up-to-date; define content update processes

The Digital Product Manager will meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in Digital Product Management or similar
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum Methods, Google and Adobe Analytics, Azure DevOps Server and JIRA
  • Experience with back-end/ front-end programming (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Python, Figma, Sketch, HTML, CSS, JS, React) is desired
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about building great products and help solving client and business problems
  • Analytical, creative and curious with ability to think strategically to draw conclusions based on insight and data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent is desired
