Digital Transformation Project Manager

Description

Our client is a world-renowned player within financial services. Due to an exciting digital transformation, they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their Change Management function on a contract basis.

The Digital Transformation Project Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Redesigning processes around underwriting rules
• Identifying the need for process improvements
• Automating antiquated paper-based processes into a slicker more digital format
• Choosing systems
• Process design and implementation
• Organisational design and redesign
• Structural reorganisation of departments
• Changing the way in which the Back Office process operates

The Digital Transformation Project Manager will meet the following skill set:

• Experience within digital transformation in an asset management house
• Experience in managing difficult stakeholders at board and executive level of seniority
• Experience leading on projects within a large-scale digital transformation
• LEAN Six Sigma, PRINCE 2 or Agile certificate holder
