I am recruiting for a leading global investment management business seeking a Digital Wealth Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth and develop strategic client partnerships across its essential distribution channel.

The role will focus on growing assets and revenue, developing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and positioning the firm as a strategic partner to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop senior relationships across key clients and strategic partners.

• Drive commercial growth and identify new business opportunities.

• Develop account plans and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.

• Build a deep understanding of client strategies, priorities and market developments.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned to client needs.

• Represent the business at relevant industry events and contribute to market-facing content.

Key Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Strong experience within asset management, investment management or wealth management.

• Proven track record in business development and relationship management.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering measurable growth.

• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

• Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.

• Experience working with digital investment or wealth platforms

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the UK retail investment market and relevant regulation.

• Relevant professional investment qualifications.
