Mason Blake is a boutique recruitment agency established for over 20 years in consulting clients and candidates in the investment management industry. Due to continued demand from our clients for more diverse candidates to take on leading roles within investment management, we are looking for an experienced recruiter who is committed to Diversity & Inclusion, who can take the role of Diversity & Inclusion Recruitment Lead.

Responsibilities of the Diversity & Inclusion Recruitment Lead:

  • Resourcing high calibre diverse candidates for live vacancies within the Front Office
  • Partnering with some of the biggest and most prestigious names within investment management to improve gender diversity in the sector
  • Attending networking events
  • Attending seminars and conferences regarding Diversity & Inclusion within investment management
  • Recruiting front office roles within investment management, with the key focus being on diverse shortlists
  • Acting as a Diversity Champion for Mason Blake
  • Compiling reports for clients regarding diversity within the investment management sector
  • Working with the Marketing Officer to produce marketing material in and around Diversity & Inclusion

The successful Diversity & Inclusion Recruitment Lead will have the following credentials:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a recruitment or HR role
  • Proven knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion policies
  • Client service centric – enjoys interacting with external business partners
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (ideally holds at least a 2.1 degree from a reputable university)
  • Knowledge of investment management is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A natural networker
