Description

Our client, a global institutional asset manager has an exciting opportunity to join the Impact Investment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team at the leading edge of the growing impact investing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fundamental equity analysis on global companies in particular to assess long-term growth potential from impactful companies providing solutions to unmet needs in society as represented by the UN Sustainable Development Goals
  • Produce thematic research to identify possible impact ideas and themes
  • Produce written research notes, detailed financial models and investment recommendations
  • Monitor existing portfolio investments
  • Regularly attend company management meetings

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5-7 years’ equity research experience
  • Experience analysing companies in one of the following sectors; healthcare/biotech, renewable energy or technology
  • Strong thematic experience with appreciation of the financial drivers of value across different sectors
  • Ideally CFA qualified or satisfied to study towards the CFA
  • High degree of awareness or experience in sustainable investing
