Role 1: French Speaker, covering France and French-speaking Europe
Role 2: UK / English Speaker, covering the UK and wider Europe

Our client is a US-headquartered asset manager with over $300bn in global assets under management. Founded in the US, the firm operates across Europe, North America and Asia, with its European headquarters based in London.

They are looking to hire two highly motivated, competitive self-starters to join their ETF Sales team in London. These are commercial, target-driven roles suited to individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to build a long-term career in asset management sales.

One role will focus on France and French-speaking European regions and requires fluent French. The second role will focus on the UK and wider European markets.

Direct industry experience is not essential. The firm hires based on profile and potential, though a basic understanding of financial markets is preferred. Demonstrable success in competitive environments is essential.

The successful candidates will receive a competitive base salary and an uncapped, performance-related bonus paid quarterly.


The Role

Working closely with an external wholesaling partner, you will be responsible for ETF distribution across your assigned territory. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and contacting prospective clients via phone, email and social platforms to build relationships and book meetings

  • Making a consistent, high volume of outbound sales calls daily

  • Managing and developing existing client relationships through regular follow-up

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, ensuring all activity is tracked correctly

  • Building trust with clients using internal resources such as market commentaries, webinars and presentations

  • Handling inbound client requests including fund information, portfolio analysis and fund comparisons

  • Driving attendance to, and attending, client events, lunches and dinners

  • Developing market intelligence and staying current with market news and industry trends

  • Building strong product knowledge across the ETF range


Must Have

  • An undergraduate degree or highly relevant professional experience (1 year minimum)

  • Fluency in French for the French territory role

  • A strong desire to learn and develop financial markets knowledge

  • Demonstrable experience of selling successfully

  • Experience performing in competitive environments (professional, academic or sporting)

  • Confidence communicating with clients by phone, video and in person
