Our client is a well-established, top tier investment management house. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit an Events Executive (EMEA) to join their high-performing Global Marketing (EMEA) team on a temporary basis.

Reporting directly to the Events Manager, the Events Executive (EMEA) will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Work closely with the Events Manager in the planning and organisation of in-person and virtual events.
  • Monitor events budgets and maintain/develop marketing resources.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including emails and online advertising, to increase engagement with new/existing stakeholders.
  • Collate and record post-event feedback to inform future event planning.
  • Maintain relationships with external suppliers and build strong relationships key stakeholders on delivery of events.
  • Actively contribute on broader ad-hoc marketing projects across the team, as they arise.

The Events Executive (EMEA) will meet the following skillset:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing events and project management, ideally within the investment management sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services sector.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • European language would be desirable.
