Our client, a boutique investment firm, is looking to recruit an Event Coordinator to join their growing team based in London. The ideal candidate will have previous events experience within financial services.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the firm’s programme of events and seminars, liaising with the UK Sales team, Client Affairs and the wider marketing team.
  • Research and plan the events programme, identifying opportunities aligned with the firm’s sales and marketing focus.
  • Work within agreed budgets, negotiating costs with suppliers when necessary.
  • Set up and deliver automated email invites, reminders and follow ups using Stoneshot.
  • Input on creative ways to use digital channels to promote events.

Essential requirements

  • Previous events experience within financial services is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient with email marketing and automation tools (e.g. CRM systems such as Salesforce)
  • Proven project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
