Our client is a boutique wealth and investment management firm. Due to continued company success, they are now looking to recruit a Private Client Investment Assistant to join their Operations team on a permanent basis.

The Private Client Investment Assistant will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Client service: acting as the first port of call for all client queries
  • Building and maintaining relationships with private clients
  • Developing strong relationship with the designated Investment Manager
  • Complete the account opening procedure including gathering money laundering documentation and compile an account opening file
  • Monitoring cash balances in portfolios
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports
  • Completing meeting packs in advance of client meetings
  • Owning and managing the CPR client performance reporting process
  • Representing the FMA Team at quarterly committees

The Private Client Investment Assistant will meet the following skill set:

  • Experience in client service within wealth or investment management
  • Knowledge of all asset classes
  • IMC holder (or equivalent)
  • Excellent data skills: comfortable with handling large volumes of financial data
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Degree educated (or equivalent)
