Description

Our client is a well-renowned and highly reputable pension fund based in the heart of the City who is looking to hire a Global Credit Analyst on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Senior Credit Analyst, the role will provide support and back-up across Healthcare and TMT sector. The successful candidate will be a key source of knowledge across these sectors and over time will take ownership of the credit exposure to these.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the credit analysis across healthcare and TMT sectors.
  • Closely monitor these credits quarterly earnings reporting and changes.
  • Keep abreast of policy and regulatory changes which could impact the credit exposure.
  • Work closely with Portfolio Managers and be a key source of idea generation for investment decisions.
  • Manage key internal relationships with front office colleagues in order to maximise growth.
  • Work closely with the Senior Analyst to develop and implement monitoring tools and models for allocated sector coverage.

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous experience working as a Credit Analyst either at a ratings agency, or conventional sell-side or buy-side firm is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and TMT sectors is desirable.
  • Strong educational background.
  • Excellent modelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg.
