Global Equity Analyst, Listed Real Assets

Description

An asset management firm is seeking an Equity Analyst to join the Global Listed Real Assets investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform company-level fundamental analysis to generate actionable investment recommendations
• Develop detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
• Meet with company management and attending industry events
• Collaborate with the sustainability team to integrate ESG factors into investment decisions
• Assist with portfolio management
• Support with sales and marketing teams by contributing to client presentations and meeting

Candidate Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant investment experience on the buy-side or sell-side
• Exposure to infrastructure and real estate markets (listed or private) is highly desirable
• Keen interest in sustainability and responsible investing
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Working towards the CFA qualification is beneficial
• A proactive team player with a collaborative, can-do attitude
