Description
A global organisation is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to oversee HR third-party suppliers across Europe and the Americas. This role will drive consistent vendor governance, strengthen risk management practices, and act as a key link between HR, risk, procurement, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage governance across a large portfolio of HR vendors, covering onboarding, performance, renewals, and offboarding.
- Lead third-party risk activities, including due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring.
- Track vendor performance against SLAs/KPIs and manage escalations where required.
- Act as the central point of contact between HR, risk teams, procurement, and suppliers.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance control and compliance.
- Oversee risk remediation actions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate vendor data, reporting, and audit-ready documentation.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in vendor management or third-party risk within a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with risk frameworks and tools (e.g. ServiceNow, OneTrust, or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management skills across global and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-focused with strong documentation and governance capabilities.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong analytical ability.
Location & Contract:
- Manchester based with hybrid working.
- 12-month contract.
