Description
Our client is a boutique Asset Management firm celebrated for its personalised client approach and innovative investment solutions. As part of their ongoing success and expansion, they are seeking to hire an Institutional Sales Associate to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Head of Institutional Sales, the Institutional Sales Associate will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Actively build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including pension funds, family offices, and endowments, through meetings, presentations, and events.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to identify new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide insights into client needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to institutional clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment and marketing, to align client needs with tailored solutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organised client database and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and industry expertise to maintain credibility and deliver value to clients.
The Institutional Sales Associate will meet the following skillset:
- 3+ years’ experience in a sales, relationship management, or client service role within asset management.
- Familiarity with institutional client needs and the alternative investment landscape.
- Demonstrable record of building and managing client relationships successfully.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Legally eligible to work in the UK.
