Our client, one of the most successful Investment Management firms across the globe, has a unique opportunity for a Sales Support professional with experience in the Insurance space to join their team on a permanent basis.

Based in one of the most successful teams you will be responsible for all aspects of sales support:

– Liaising with the business development team on new business

– Co-ordinating and preparing marketing materials, presentations, client reports, RFPs, consultant research meeting notes.

– Conducting competitor analysis and market research

– Developing and maintaining client lists, updating internal CRM systems when necessary

– Overseeing consultant databases

– Identifying prospective clients and doing research on their background

– Develop and prepare marketing presentations that address equity, fixed income and alternative investments, asset allocation and external manager selection

– Providing market and research updates to internal and external clients

Candidates with exceptional relationship skills will find this the ideal platform to develop a career in Sales/Sales Support within Investment Management.

Full training and support will be given to understand complex asset classes, investment strategy and the clients. The requirements for junior sales applicants are expectedly rigorous.

A high level degree from a top-tier university is essential followed by a minimum of 2 years in a Sales Support role with primary coverage of the Insurance investor base – must be within Investment Management.

Although the academic entry point for this role is high, the emphasis is more on team and company fit: You should be able to demonstrate through extra curricular activities, obvious networking skills, strength of character and a creative, entrepreneurial nature.
