Description

Our client is a global investment management house. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit an Investment Associate (Infrastructure & Real Estate) to join their high-performing Investment team on a permanent basis.

The Investment Associate (Infrastructure & Real Estate) will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Responsible for assisting with portfolio management and conducting investment research.
  • Build relationships with external portfolio companies to assist with ongoing research.
  • Work with the team to develop new strategies to increase fund growth.
  • Perform due diligence on new and existing investments.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of company procedures and standards.
  • Actively contribute to broader projects across the team as they arise.

The Investment Associate (Infrastructure & Real Estate) will meet the following skillset:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in the investment sector, ideally as a buy-side or sell-side analyst.
  • Experience in infrastructure, renewables or real estate/REITS.
  • Ideally CFA qualified or part qualified.
  • Minimum 2:1 degree from a top tier university.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
